Robert Martin Breen Jr., 36, of Hampton, died Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2002. He was born on Aug. 19, 1966 in Washington, D.C. to Robert Martin Breen Sr. of Albany, N.Y. and Lorraine Mood Moe of Malden, Mass., and was the stepson of Harry Man Moe of Malden.

Breen was an active duty member in the U.S. Navy having served his country for 16 years.

Including his parents, he is survived by his wife of 15 years, Kelli Paige Breen; two daughters, Amanda Breen and Casey Breen of Hampton; one son, Nicholas Breen of Hampton; one brother, Michael Breen of Maiden, Mass.; and in-laws, Charles and Patricia Paige of Ormond, Fla.

The memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 16 in the Chapel by the Sea Church, Dam Neck, Virginia Beach, and then the funeral will be held at 1 p.m. in the Chapel by the Sea Church with Chaplain Don Cramblit officiating both services.
