Mrs. Evelyn Faulk, 65, of 10916 Ellis Road, Suffolk, died Thursday, Dec. 19, 2002.

The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Monday in Olive Branch Baptist Church. Burial will be in Corinth Chapel Church Cemetery.
