Rachel Juanita Harrell, devoted wife of the late Robert Y. Harrell, passed away at the age of 82 in Santa Rosa, Calif., on Thursday, Feb. 6, 2003.

She was the loving mother and cherished friend of John Harrell, Charles Harrell, his wife, Susan, and niece, Linda Licciardi.

She was an active member of the Oakmont Community Church, where she sang and served as the choir librarian.

A registered nurse throughout her working life, she was known to all as a caring, compassionate and loving person who will be missed by all those whose lives she touched.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Sidney F. Harrell Chapel of the Harrell and Hill Funeral Home, with visitation one hour prior.

Interment will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Carter Day officiating.
