Mrs. Lauraine Robertson Riddick, 78, of 2792-1/2 Tivoly Ave., Baltimore, Md., died Saturday, March 1, 2003, in her home.

A native of Nansemond County, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Riddick Jr.

She is survived by three daughters, Hattie (Charlie) Knight, Alice (George) Hines and Christy R. Riddick; two sons, William (Joyce) Riddick and Joseph Riddick Jr.; 22 grandchildren; and 42 great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 8 in the New David Memorial Baptist Church by the Rev. Earl Woodard, pastor. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Glen Bernie, Md.

A wake takes place at 10:30 a.m. that day in the church.
