A special &uot;Thanks&uot; to Councilman Charles Brown for having the foresight to attend an executive training program at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government to prepare himself to be a more effective leader of this community as well as to better serve the people who have placed their confidence in his leadership ability.

Councilman Brown has always put the welfare and improvement of the entire city at the head of his list of priorities.

Councilman Brown has exemplified integrity, honesty and a sincere willingness to help move our city ahead and make the quality of life better for all citizens.
