Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Grant of Smithfield announce the engagement of their daughter, Felecia Grant, to David Jordan Jr. Felecia is also the daughter of the late Blynder Grant, who lived in Windsor.

Mr. Jordan is the son of Mr. and Mrs. David Jordan Jr. of Suffolk.

Miss Grant is the maternal granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Junious C. Joyner, who lived in Windsor. She is the paternal granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Shirley Grant Sr., who lived in Carrsville.

Mr. Jordan is the maternal grandson of the late Mayies Brown, who lived in Suffolk. He is the paternal grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Tipney Jordan, who also lived in Suffolk.

She is employed at Tracie’s Hair and Beyond, and he is employed with the Public Works Department of the City of Suffolk.

The wedding will take place June 21 in Pulaski Baptist Church, Carrsville. Dr. Robert E. Rogers will officiate.
