Sandra B. Smith, 65, Suffolk, died Thursday, June 19, 2003.

The memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Sunday, June 22, in Parr Funeral Home, and officiated by the Rev. Don W. Hackney.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 5 to 6 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, Sandra requested that donations be made to the Humane Society or PETA.

Parr Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
