Dr. David Belvin, a family practice physician at Smithfield Medical Center, will speak on &uot;Dietary Prevention and Treatment of Diabetes: Low Fat or Low Carb?&uot; on Wednesday, July 16 at 7 p.m. at the Smithfield YMCA.
