Cleve &uot;Buddy&uot; Bagley, 59, of 5853 Spivey Run Road, Suffolk, died Wednesday, July 2, 2003, in Obici Hospital.

He was a native of Nansemond County, and son of Ella Mae Taylor Bagley, and the late Robert W. Bagley Sr.

He is survived by his wife, Thelma Bagley; a daughter, Nikela Moore (Enoch Jr.) of Suffolk; his mother, Ella Mae Taylor Bagley of Suffolk; three sisters, Ella Williams (Walter Jr.), Bobbie Tappin (Carl), and Marie Joyner, all of Suffolk; four brothers, Robert Bagley Jr. (Emery) of Gates, N.C.; Joe L. Bagley (Gloria), James Bagley (Betty), and Ray Charles Bagley (Marion), all of Suffolk; two grandchildren; one uncle, R.C. Bagley of Newport News; one aunt, Rosa Sweat of New Haven, Conn.; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, July 7, in New Mt. Joy Family Worship Center by the Rev. Madelene Beard. Interment will be in the Bagley Family Cemetery.

The body will be placed in the church at 12:30 p.m. Monday.
