Mel Lewter Duke, 62, died July 13, 2003 in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 17, 2203 at Liberty Spring Christian Church Cemetery. Friends may join the family Wednesday night from 7-8 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and other times at the residence at 4101 Whaleyville Blvd., Suffolk.
