Mrs. Bessie Lou Dillard, 91, of 824 Duke St., Portsmouth, died Thursday, Sept. 4, 2003.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 9, in Laurel Hill UCC Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
