Helen Harris Lynn, 75, of the 3100 block of White Marsh Rd., passed away on Sept. 8, 2003.

Born in Fordwick, she was the widow of Marshall Henry Lynn, Sr. A homemaker, she was Baptist by faith.

She will be sadly missed by her children, Marshall H. Lynn Jr., Richard E. Lynn, Gary D. Lynn, David L. Lynn, Susan K. Lynn, all of Suffolk and Janet Lynn Phillips of Franklin; two brothers, Houston and Woodrow Harris of Staunton; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, in the Sidney F. Harrell Chapel of Harrell and Hill Funeral Home by the Rev. Byron McCreary. Burial will follow in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens.

Friends may join the family for visitation at the funeral home from 7-8 p.m. on Wednesday.
