Both Suffolk field hockey teams recorded shutouts on Monday, as Lakeland routed Deep Creek 6-0 and Nansemond River squeaked past Hickory 2-0. Katelyn Smither and Nicole Debien had two goals each for the Lady Cavaliers, and Kelly Askew and Brittany West also knocked in goals. The Lady Cavaliers held a 24-0 shooting advantage in the win.
