Mr. and Mrs. Robert H. Stevens II announce the engagement of their daughter, Anna Evelyn Stevens, to Jason Allen Russell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Percy F. Russell Jr., all of Suffolk.

Anna is the granddaughter of the late Mrs. Evelyn Fletcher and the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Stevens, who lived in Virginia Beach.

Jason is the grandson of Mrs. John Quattlebaum, and the late Mr. John Quattlebaum, and Mr. and Mrs. Percy Russell Sr., all of Suffolk.

Anna is a 1998 graduate of Nansemond River High School and received her B.A. in history from Christopher Newport University in 2002.

She is employed by the Suffolk YMCA as a sports and teen program director.

Jason is a 1994 graduate of Nansemond River High School.

He is employed by Check Electrical Service Inc. in Portsmouth.

A spring 2004 wedding is planned.
