Suffolk Tomorrow, city schedules legislative breakfast next month

Residents have a chance to hear the city’s wish list to Gov. Mark Warner next month.

Suffolk Tomorrow and the city are co-sponsoring the annual pre-General Assembly session legislative breakfast at the Holiday Inn-Suffolk at 8 a.m. Dec. 5.

City Council members and the city’s legislative delegation in Richmond will share key issues expected to come in Richmond during the January 2004 General Assembly session.

The agenda will include the council’s legislative priorities, comments by state legislators and time for questions from the audience.
