David Patrick Neil, 37, of Suffolk, died Monday, Jan. 26, 2004.

The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 10, 2004, in Parr Funeral Home. Officiating will be Captain David May, the Rev. J. Maverick Smith Sr., Bishop Madison G. Copeland, and the Rev. William R. Hall. Interment will be in &uot;Mansion on the Hill&uot; Cemetery.

Friends may join the family from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.
