Raymond &uot;Pete&uot; Blakely Lowe, 83, of Newport News, died Monday, April 12, 2004.
The graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Great Fork Baptist Church Cemetery, with Chaplain Buster Stockman officiating.
Parr Funeral Home is serving family.
