Charlie Franklin Simmons of Suffolk died Wednesday, April 28, 2004.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, 4481 Butler Drive, with the Rev. George L. Smith officiating. Burial will be in the Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake.
