Staff report

A Saturday night robbery at the Holland Road McDonald’s Restaurant gave Suffolk Police the first opportunity to use the &uot;comPHOTOfit,&uot; a powerful new weapon in crime fighting that has just been installed at the police department.

Suffolk Police Lt. Debbie J. Jones said the composite photo of the suspect was created from descriptions provided by witnesses to the 11:30 p.m. robbery. They described the suspect as a black male, 5 feet 4 inches to 5 feet 5 inches tall, with a stocky build. He was also wearing a head band, and carrying a black 9 millimeter type of handgun.
