Cleo Shivers Hardy of Smithfield died Thursday, May 6, 2004, in Obici Hospital.

The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Shivers Funeral Chapel, Smithfield, with Dr. K.D. Shivers officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Sinai Church Cemetery.

Viewing takes place from 2 to 7 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.
