Tracey R. Mason, of the 6700 block of Peanut Drive, died May 7.

She was a Suffolk native and educated in Suffolk Public Schools. She was a Baptist.

Survivors include her mother, Pastor Angela D. Copeland; father, Calvin Mason; stepfather Roland Wilson; two daughters, Kendra Mason and Tia Williams; two sons, Christopher Mason Sr. and Lamont Williams; one brother, Ron D. Mason Sr. and wife Kim; three grandchildren, Nayyir, Chris Jr. and Tyonte`, all of Suffolk; two grandmothers, Cleo Mason of Portsmouth and Margaret Davis of Suffolk; nephew, Ron Mason Jr. and niece Natasha Blount; uncles, Lonnie Williams and wife Virginia of Norfolk, Lorenzo Davis Jr. and wife Wendi of Richmond and Richard Mason and wife Shirley of Fort Washington, Md.; aunts, Monwelda Holliman, Margaret A. Artis, Carolyn Woodson and husband James, Patricia Mills, Brenda Lassiter, Joyce Jones, Constance Jones, Carmen Jones and Janice Jones, all of Suffolk, Patricia Vaughan of Virginia Beach and Celestine Cousins and husband Larry of Portsmouth; a devoted friend, Donald Spruill of Holland, and a host of cousins and friends.

A funeral service will be held at noon May 15, at New Mount Joy Family Worship Center Food For Living, with Pastor Renee Lawrence officiating. Interment will follow in Canaan Baptist church Cemetery. Visitation will begin Wednesday, May 12, from noon to 7 p.m. at Wyatt & Sons Funeral Home. The body will be taken to the church at 10:30 a.m., the day of the service. Family and friends will assemble at the home of Margaret Davis, 1810 Freeney Avenue, at 11 a.m. for the procession.
