Bettie Purdie, 67, the daughter of the late Charlie and Alfrnia Hilliard Purdie, died Monday, May 31, 2004, in Obici Hospital.

The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 5, in Mineral Spring Baptist Church, Whaleyville. Burial will be in Langston Cemetery.
