Warren, Moore win big at Langley

It was a night of convincing victories Saturday night at Langley Speedway, as Phil Warren ruled the Late Model Sportsman race, maintaining the top spot for all 75 laps.

Mark Wertz rode Warren’s bumper at first and Greg Edwards came close later on, but Warren held everyone off for the checkered flag.

Jason Moore also turned in a domineering performance in the Super Street 50-lap race, leading the entire way. Steve Dill, who won the event earlier this year, took second.

Ricky Derrick kicked off the night by burning to victory in the Grand Stock race. After battling Donnie Brown for the first few laps, Derrick charged past to keep the lead for the majority of the 40-lap race.

Cameron Patrick took the lead from Ryan Crites on lap nine of the Legends 25-lap contest and held it the rest of the way.
