Theodore Fulgham, 48, of 804 West Constance Apt.-314, Suffolk, died July 9, 2004 in Virginia Beach General Hospital. The funeral service will be held Thursday July 15, at 1 p.m. in Crocker Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Michael Eaton. Interment will be held in Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery.
