Mr. William R. Turner, 56, of 801 Lafayette Terrace, Newport News, died July 9, 2004. A funeral service will be held July 14, 2004 at 2 p.m. in Laurel Hill United Church of Christ by the Rev. J.J. Ferguson. Interment will be held in the church cemetery. Crocker Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of the arrangements.
