A 56-year-old Suffolk Station resident accused of multiple sex-related charges against two minors over the past four years will be tried in September.

A grand jury on Monday issued 26 indictments against Charlie Eugene Lister, 56, of the 1400 block of Forest Oak Lane.

Charges certified against Lister include one count of raping a child; two counts of rape; two counts of forcible sodomy; three counts of attempted forcible sodomy; four counts of aggravated sexual battery; seven counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor; and seven counts object sexual penetration.

Lister has been held without bond in Western Tidewater Regional Jail since his arrest in May.
