Mabel Drake Holland Wilkins, 92, of Suffolk, died on September 18, 2004

She was a native of Southampton County. She retired after 25 years as a Licensed Practical Nurse for Obici Hospital.

She was a member of Suffolk Christian Church, the West Memorial Sunday School class, and the Afternoon Circle, and she was the treasurer for the Licensed Practical Nurses Association of Virginia.

She was the daughter of the late Kelly and Annie Bulls Drake.

She was also predeceased by her first husband, Paul Bowden Holland; her son, James Hugh Holland; and her brother, William &uot;Buddy&uot; Drake.

Survivors include James Wallace Wilkins of Suffolk; daughter and son-in-law, Audrey H. and Philip E. Beck of Suffolk; sons and daughters-in-law; Paul &uot;Cotton&uot; and Barbara D. Holland of Suffolk; and Hudson Ray and Ditte Holland of Gulf Port, Miss.; daughter-In-Law: Maureen W. Holland of Chesapeake; 9 Grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 1 Great great grandchild; sister, Virginia Satterfield of Chesapeake; aunt, Lottie Branche of Sedley.

Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, September 21, 2004 at 11 a.m. Rev. Michael D. Halley is officiating. The place of Interment is at Holly Lawn Cemetery
