Chesterfield County-Jo Anne Britt Mann, 51, passed away on September 28, 2004.

Born in Suffolk, she was a legal assistant with Virginia Federal Savings and Loan and was a member of West End Baptist Church. An avid gardener, Jo Anne enjoyed cooking and food canning and was a true &uot;Needlework Artist.&uot;

She will be sadly missed by her husband, Edward M. Mann Jr., her mother, Martha P. Britt of Suffolk, one son, David C. Mann of Chesterfield County, and her brother Earl D. Britt Jr. of Lexington, S.C.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 3, 2004 at 2 p.m. in West End Baptist Church, 501 W. Washington St., Suffolk by Rev. T. Floyd Irby Jr. with visitation and a reception following.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Hampton Roads chapter, 4055 Parliament Dr., Suite 105, Virginia Beach, Va 23462.
