William Otha Mizelle, Sr., 84, 8101 Longstreet Lane, Suffolk went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 9, 2004. The funeral will be held Friday, November 12, 2004 at 2 p.m. at Reynoldson Baptist Church by Rev. Keith Trull and Rev. Billy Presley with the Interment in Southampton Memorial Gardens.
