Martin L. Bowers Clark

Martin Luther Bowers Clark, 40, of 11 N. 4th St., Richmond, died Dec. 29, 2004 at his residence.
He was a native of Suffolk. He is the son of Margaret B. Rodgers and the late Isaac P. Bowers.
Stepfather Charles E. Rodgers and step-grandmother, Ida M. Rodgers.
He is survived by his wife, Deloris M. Clark; one daughter, Catherine L. Clark; a son, Stacey L. Clark; and a stepdaughter, Danielle Moore. He is also survived by nine sisters, Grace E. Bowers of Michigan; Esther L. Paul (Christopher), Suffolk; Justine Bowers, Michigan; Christine B. McCoy (Barry), Chesapeake; Cora L. Brown (William), Michigan; Mia A. Bowers, Suffolk; Martha E. Murph, Norfolk; Joyce A. Bush (Alan), Norfolk; and Mary E. Rogers (Carlton), Portsmouth. He is also survived by two brothers, Isaac D. Bowers (Joann), and David M. Bowers, both of Suffolk.
He was predeceased in death by one brother, Sylvester C. Bowers. He has many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 12 at Crocker Funeral Home, Suffolk. The family will be at 300 Briggs St.
