Mr. Linwood Paul, 52, of 116 S. 11th

St., Suffolk, died Feb. 7, 2005 at his residence. He was a native of Hopewell, and son of the late Joseph and Mrs. Laura Ann Harris Paul. He attended Rising St. James PHC Church. He was retired from Norshipco.

Survivors include a daughter, Patrice Staton of Augusta; one son, Reggie Kitrell of Boston; two sisters, Gloria Ann Utley of Texas and Edna Kitchell of Chesapeake; five brothers, Joseph Paul Jr., Christopher Paul, Willie Edward Paul, Melvin Paul and Aaron Paul of Suffolk and four grandchildren. A funeral home will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Rising St. James PHC Church. Bishop Dwight Whitfield will officiate. The burial will be in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. The body will be taken from Peebles Funeral Home to the church at noon.
