Betty Britt, the mother of Terrence Britt, found slain in his Suffolk apartment last month, places a rose on the memorial wreath at Tuesday’s National Crime Victim’s Rights Week observance inside the Mills Godwin courts complex. The ceremony, hosted by the office of the commonwealth’s attorney Suffolk victim/witness services, was moved indoors due to weather.
