American Legion baseball tryouts will be held at 10 a.m. on May 21 at Lakeland. Players cannot turn 20 in 2005. Along with the senior legion team, a junior league squad for players up to age 17 will be added. For more information, contact Ed Lynch at 242-3464.

High school baseball players can receive a college evaluation from several recruiting schools at 10 a.m. June 24 at Lakeland.

A baseball camp for players ages 8-16 will be held from June 20-23 at Lakeland. For more information on either of these events, contact Charlie Hardie at 966-1173.
