Tony Donell McIlwain, son of Mr. Sylvester McIlwain of Portsmouth and Mrs. Hope Manley of Norfolk, recently graduated from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Fla. He received his master’s degree in urban affairs.

He graduated from Suffolk High School with honors, and also received a bachelor of arts degree in architecture from Virginia Tech.

Tony is now employed with the City of Naples, Fla., as a city planner.
