Truman E. Wiggins

Mr. Truman Edward Wiggins, of 410 Chore Park Apartments, went into eternal rest on Monday, May 16, 2005. Truman was predeceased by his parents, Hollis Wiggins and Carrie Norfleet; one sister, Ida Barnes and two brothers, Johnnie Wiggins and Solomon Wiggins.

He is survived by his two sisters, Mrs. Elsie Wiggins of Portsmouth and Mrs. Mageline Langston (Raymond) of Suffolk; three brothers, Hollis Wiggins Jr. (Veronica) of Brooklyn, N.Y., Marshall Wiggins (Catherine) of Suffolk and Dewey Wiggins (Lena) of Franklin. He will be truly missed by a host of other relatives and friends. A homegoing chapel service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, May 20, 2005 with the Rev. James Williams officiating at Harris Funeral Home, Inc., 685 Carolina Road, Suffolk.

Visitation will begin from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. today. The interment will be in Holland at Hunter’s Family Cemetery, Gates Road. The family will receive friends at the home of his sister, Mrs. Mageline Langston, 6815 Brentwood Road (Holland Section).
