Suffolk residents graduate from Averett University

Annette M. Etheridge, Rhonda C. King, Lewis D. Knight, Jennifer M. Shambley and Tiffany M. Thompson, all of Suffolk, were among the 372 students to graduate from Averett University on April 30.

Commencement was held at Averett’s E. Stuart James Grant Center.

Etheridge graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. King graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Master’s degrees in business administration were awarded to Knight, Shambley, and Thompson.

They were all enrolled in Averett’s Graduate and Professional Studies Program. Averett President Richard Pfau awarded 86 master’s degrees, 275 bachelor degrees and 11 associate degrees during the ceremony.
