New Suffolk ministry has a divine purpose

For Pastor Brian E. Outlaw Sr., the establishment of the Divine Church of Deliverance and Transformation conforms to one authority.

He refers to the ministry as one &uot;that would do things as instructed by God, and not one that would conform to man.&uot;

In January, Outlaw had a vision to begin the church and make it unique. In June, Outlaw was led to talk to the leadership of the New Jerusalem Ministries to establish an agreement for use of the church. Worship services had been held to date in Outlaw’s home.
