Cassandra Robinson-Newsome, 43, of Newport News died July 8, 2005. She was the daughter of the John H. Robinson and Beulah M. Wright.

A funeral is being held at 2 p.m. July 14 in Pleasant Union Baptist Church, 215 Webb St. Interment will follow in the Albert G. Horton Memorial Veteran Cemetery.

A viewing will be held from noon to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the T.E. Cooke-Overton Funeral Home.
