Culliton, Hendricker unite

The marriage of Miss Leslie Rawls Culliton, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Milton Culliton Jr., and Alan David Hendricker, son of Sara Lynn Hendricker of San Antonio, Texas, and David George Hendricker of Athens, Ohio, took place on Saturday, April 2, 2005 at the Chapel of the Sir Christopher Wren building of The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg.

The Rev. Mark Lee Burns, pastor of Oakland Christian Church, officiated.

A reception followed at the Williamsburg Hospitality House.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents. Cheri Renee Harrell of Williamsburg was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Ellen Paige Montgomery, sister of the groom of Covington, Ga., and Denise Stamey of Lawndale, N.C.

The best man was Gregory Wasko of Athens, Ohio. Groomsmen were Michael Montgomery, brother-in-law of the groom, and John Dennis Lennon of Hillsboro, N.C. Scripture was read by Andrea Hykes of Jamestown, N.C.

Mrs. Robert Wesley Harrell Jr. of Suffolk was mistress of ceremonies and wedding music was provided by Lawrence Carr, organist, of Virginia Beach.

The parents of the groom entertained at a rehearsal dinner on Friday evening before the wedding.

After a wedding trip to St. Lucia, the couple is living in Cary, N.C.
