On Tuesday, Aug. 2,2005 God called home our beloved angel, Miss Glenda Aleshia Skeeter. Glenda was born July 29, 1980 to Belinda Britt Skeeter and the late Jose Skeeter.

She was a graduate of Nansemond River High School and a member of Olive Branch Baptist Church.

Glenda leaves to cherish her memory and celebrate her life her mother Belinda Skeeter, a sister Demetrius A. Skeeter (Travell), a brother Lamuel D. Britt, Sr. (Princess), grandparents Mary and Eugene Hankerson and Ellen Britt, father figure Larry Archie, special friend Gregory Brown, and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, great aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Glenda will be on public view from noon to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 5, 2005 at the T.E. Cooke-Overton Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 6 at the T.E. Cooke-Overton Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at Carver Memorial Cemetery in Suffolk.
