Shea Ahlsted knocked in two goals and an assist and Wade Cotton scored two more as Nansemond-Suffolk Academy held off visiting Norfolk Collegiate 4-3 Thursday evening for their first win of the season. After NSA jumped out to an early 3-0 lead, Collegiate roared back, scoring their final goal with two minutes left.

Ahlsted scored an unassisted goal four minutes into the game, then repeated the procedure nine minutes later. He kicked an assist to Cotton at the 31-minute mark, but NC pushed in a pair in the remainder.

Half an hour into the final period, Steve Turner blasted a corner kick in from the right side. The ball struck someone in the penalty box, bounced up and hit the crossbar. Standing near the left post, Cotton kneed it in for the score, which gave NSA insurance when Collegiate snared its final goal.
