Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Bray Jr., Mr. and Mrs. William Pelham and Jimmie C. Wiggins are proud to announce the engagement of their children, Miss Gilovonna Tomeka Jones and Cornelius Lovelle Williams

Miss Jones is a 1992 graduate of Salem High School in Virginia Beach and Kee Business College of Chesapeake. She is employed by HSBC of Chesapeake.

She is the maternal granddaughter of Mrs. Eva L. Lassiter.

Mr. Williams is a 1996 graduate of Nansemond River High School and ITT Technical Institute in Norfolk. He is employed by Communication System/WFMI Rejoice 100.9, a radio station in Virginia Beach.

He is the paternal grandson of Cherry Wiggins of Suffolk and the maternal grandson of Edith C. Williams and the late Pernell Williams Sr.

An October 2005 wedding is planned.
