Mrs. Deborah Valecia Williams of 1600 Cherry Grove Road departed this life Sept. 12, 2005 in Norfolk Sentara Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jeff and Vassie Johnson. She was a member of the First Baptist Church where she worked diligently in the Loving Ministries.

She is survived by her husband, Elbert Williams; two daughters, Christina Harrison (Travis) of Chesapeake and Carla Fisher (Anthony) of Portsmouth; one son, Robert Hart (Jackie) of Franklin; 1one brother Jeff Johnson (Barabara) of Laplata, Md., four grandchildren and a host of other relatives and Friends.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday Sept.17, 2005 at the Harris Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Steven Blunt officiating. Burial will be in the Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
