Amy Rebekah Robertson and Peter Christopher Sharrai were wed at 2 p.m. May 29, 2005 at the Norfolk Botanical Gardens.

A reception followed at the home of the bride’s parents.

The bride is the daughter of Ron and Deborah Robertson of Suffolk. She is the granddaughter of Roy and Shirley Waller, also of Suffolk.

The bride is a graduate of Lakeland High School and Christopher Newport University.

The groom is a recent graduate and a newly commissioned officer from the United States Naval Academy.

Ensign Sharrai will enter his career in naval aviation.
