A Suffolk man accused of sexually abusing a juvenile for the past three years was arrested over the weekend.

Police charged Anthony Hillard, 31, of the 400 block of South Main Street with one count of taking indecent liberties with a minor on Saturday, said Lt. Debbie J. George, spokeswoman for the Suffolk Police Department.

Hillard is being held in Western Tidewater Regional Jail without bond.
