Nansemond-Suffolk Academy notched second at the Holiday Classic at Norfolk Academy over the weekend, finishing behind host NA and ahead of Catholic, Norfolk Collegiate and Benedictine 1224-918-808-376-293.

Jade Bishop got second in the girls 200-free, and Kelly Ruland followed suit in 200-individual medley. Philip Brooks won the boys 200-medley, and Tiffany Buckley got second in the girls 50-free. Andrea Beale took second in 100-fly.

Bishop, Andrea, Buckley and Maggie Standing were second in 200-free relay, and Beale and Ryan Hanson snared the 100-back events. Meredith Beale finished second in 100-breast, and Brooks won the boys race.

Andrea, Ruland, Standing and Bishop won the 400-free relay to close out the meet. The Saints head to Walsingham Thursday.
