Mr. Vernell

Hall Jr., 5831 Whaleyville Blvd. went into eternal sleep

on Aug. 24. He was a truck driver for the Allied Van Lines.

He leaves to mourn his parents, Vernell Hall Sr. and Bertha Lee Scott Hall; one brother, Fred Hall of Suffolk; sisters Patsy Scott, Audrey Hall, Gloria Jean Hall and Christine Hall, all of Providence, R.I., Willie Mae Hall, of Marietta Ga., and Catherine Lumkin of Clarksville, Tenn.; several nieces and nephews and several aunts and uncles and a host of other relatives and friends.

A Funeral of Triumph will be held on Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Balm of Gilead Baptist Church. The Rev. C. Leavell will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Visitation will begin on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. The family will receive friends at the home of his parents, 5831 Whaleyville Blvd (Whaleyville Section) of Suffolk.
