I am Freddie Wiggins, president and senior founder of the Suffolk Substitute Teachers’ Association bringing you warm wishes from our active members.

The association members and I have watched carefully as plans for new construction and renovation of present facilities are all designed to make sure our students are ready for the new millennium in Suffolk Public Schools.

To ensure that the excellent quality of education continues, substitute teachers will accept whatever Suffolk Public School board gives in pay next year. They are greatly appreciated.
