Charles Allen Moore, Attorney at Law, a native of Barstow, CA, died September 15, 2008, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital, Greenville.
Moore was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, Ahoskie, the NC Jaycees where he served as past vice president and president, and a member of the Young Democrats.
Survivors include his children, Jonathan Moore of Ahoskie and Kimberly Moore of W.Va.; his mother, Shirley Waycaster of Connelly Springs; sisters, Barbara Devries of Morganton and Suew Ann Spurling of OK; and a brother, Ray Allen Moore, also of Morganton.
A memorial service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Garrett Funeral Home-Ashley Chapel, Ahoskie, by Father Bill Long. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.
