Marshall Berned Cox, 85, died Oct. 5, 2008 at his home, Pembroke, with his family by his side.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 11 a.m. at the graveside in Newman Memorial Cemetery by Pastor Brian Sixbey. The family will receive friends in the R.W. Baker & Co.
